2005 Conference
Inequality in Asia
The University of Virginia
Saturday, February 26
Please email the chair (Len Schoppa at schoppa@virginia.edu),
by Wednesday, February 16 so that he has a head count for lunch.
We'll collect the $15 registration fee (which includes lunch)
the day of the conference. Virginia-based scholars should be able
to make it a day trip. If you would like to stay overnight see
http://www.virginia.edu/placestostay.html
for options. We recommend the Omni (for access to downtown) and
the Hampton Inn on West Main (for proximity).
The day's events will be in Minor Hall, located off Alderman
Road and adjacent to the ampitheater. Please park in the "B-1
lot" across Jefferson Park Avenue from Cabell Hall, which
usually has plenty of spaces and is free. For a map showing Minor
Hall (Building 29) see http://www.virginia.edu/webmap/GMcCormickRoadArea.html.
